Terms of sale

These terms govern the company formation services offered by Society Fast LLC and ordered through societyfast.com or over WhatsApp.

Placing an order means accepting them in full. They prevail over any other terms unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Society Fast LLC, a Limited Liability Company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States.

Registered office: 32 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

Contact: +1 307 667 7459 on WhatsApp. That is the official channel, and where your file is followed up.

US LLC formation: €490, all in. That price covers drafting and filing the articles with the State, the registered agent for the first year, the company's US address, and obtaining the EIN tax identification number if you ask for it.

UK Ltd and Hong Kong Limited: on quote. The price and the timeframe are given to you in writing before you order, and do not change afterwards.

Anything not expressly listed here is not included in the price.

The order is formed when you send us your file and we confirm on WhatsApp that we are taking it on. The reference issued when you submit the form identifies your file in every exchange.

We may decline a file without having to give a reason. In that case nothing is owed and any payment already received is refunded in full.

The US LLC costs €490, payable in one instalment before work begins. Payment details are given to you on WhatsApp.

No payment is taken on this site. We will never ask you for your banking credentials, nor for a code received by text message.

State fees are included in the quoted price. Bank charges tied to your own payment method are not.

48 to 72 business hours for a US LLC. The clock starts once two conditions are met: your file is complete, documents included, and payment has reached us.

An incomplete file pauses the clock until what is missing arrives. We tell you precisely what to send.

Government timeframes are not ours to set. The EIN in particular is issued by the US tax authority on its own schedule: we file the application, we do not decide when it is answered.

Accurate information and documents that are legible and in date. An expired, cropped or unreadable document is rejected by the State or the bank, and the whole file waits.

You warrant that the documents are yours and that you are entitled to form the company requested. An inaccurate statement is your responsibility alone.

A name's availability is only settled at the moment of filing. We therefore cannot guarantee it in advance.

That is why the form asks for a second choice. If neither is available we come back to you before filing anything: we never pick a name on your behalf.

By ordering you expressly ask us to start straight away, which is the whole point of a 48 to 72 hour turnaround.

You acknowledge that once the articles are filed with the State the service is performed and cannot be undone. Filing is irreversible and the corresponding fees are definitively spent.

Before filing with the State, you can cancel and be refunded in full, with no reason required. Just message us on WhatsApp with your file reference.

After filing, the service is performed and the State fees are spent: no refund is possible. We always warn you before filing.

If we fail to form the company for a reason attributable to us, you are refunded in full.

Documents uploaded to this site are encrypted, stored in a private space, and used only to form your company.

They are deleted automatically when your file is closed, and at the latest ninety days afterwards. You can ask for immediate deletion at any time on WhatsApp.

We neither share nor sell them to anyone. They go only to the authorities or institutions your file requires.

We are not a law firm, not an accountancy practice and not a tax adviser. We provide no legal, tax or investment advice.

The decision to form a company abroad, its tax consequences and your reporting obligations where you live are your responsibility alone. Speak to a professional before ordering if you have any doubt.

Opening a bank account is the bank's decision, not ours. We support you through the process; we cannot guarantee the outcome.

We owe you a duty of care on the steps we carry out on your behalf, and we carry them out diligently.

Our liability cannot exceed the amount you actually paid us for the service concerned. It does not cover indirect consequences: loss of business, loss of opportunity, lost profits or commercial harm.

We are not answerable for delays or refusals caused by a government body, a bank, or inaccurate information you gave us.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, United States.

If something goes wrong, message us on WhatsApp first: almost everything is settled in a few messages. Failing an amicable agreement, the courts with jurisdiction are those of our registered office.
